Guest guest
Help! I have been experiencing an increase of muscle cramps the past few weeks. I take 1200mg of calcium with D every morning along with a Centrum Silver that has 200mg of Calcium. The muscle cramping has been so bad for the past few weeks, waking me up at night and lasting for hours. Every time I walk them off, the second that I move my legs or toes the slightest, it starts again. This is becoming more than just annoying. __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Hi , I often suffer from leg cramps, mostly in the middle of the night. I noticed that when I'm dehydrated I cramp up more. Maybe try increasing your water intake, especially at night before bed. I tried the calcium with D and other vitamins and only felt relief when I started drinking more water. Guest guest
Dear , I'm so sorry you're having such a tough time with cramping. I was up at 2:30 a.m. also with bone pain in my left ankle. I find that my muscle cramping is helped by a little extra potassium in addition to the calcium & magnesium -- so I try to eat a big banana each day. Hope you find relief soon. Take good care. peace, Kathy dx 5/03 > > I give up! I am taking calcium with D, slow mag and a multivitamen in the AM, and my regular meds along wiyh Ambien at night I am also on a medrol pack for the past 2 days. Between the muscle cramps every night and being unalbe to sleep, I have all but given up on any and all meds. I am not sure if I have to increase dosages of some, or gety rid of others. ( like Gleevec, LOL). It is now 2:30 AM and I have been trying to go to sleep scince 10:30 PM! I have also taken 2 milligrams of Atavan, You would think that would have knocked me into next week. > > HELP please. > > > > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > 8:00? 8:25? 8:40?
