Me-late again- Xmas cake idea

Hi all.....I will have to do alot of deleteing, as I have 486 unread

messgaes to read. I am behind , yet again..

I have been busy with BJ and his therapies etc, and busy wrapping gifts

when he isn't up. I have almost finished my shopping for family-for BJs

teachers I just gave homemade chocloates :0)

We hjave just found out today that our charming land lords are selling

this property. We thought that was ok until they told us what he wanted

for it. He wants around $355,000 for it. We were only willing to pay

about $280,00 for it as he has just had a building insopector in, and we

have just found out, the section we have our business stuff in was a

garage. And they have built bedrooms etc over the old garage and the

house is shuifting, and will apparently need supports. So I don't think

we will be buying this place. I am a bit upset, but hey, these things

happen. And we have a lease until beginning of August, so we are ok

till then

I had a great idea ofr those of us who don't like trad. Xmas cake. Make

up a choclate cake mix (pre packed or not it won't matter) and instead

of baking in a cake tin, spoon mixture into mini muffin tins. cook for

about 10 mins in a moderate oven (here in Oz, a moderate oven is about

180 degerees centigrade) then when they are cool, drizzle some white

icing (royal) icing over the top, and viola you have mini yummy Xmas

cakes

Well I had best be off-more pressies to wrap. We have a real tree this

year. I am soo happy about that

And BJ loves to unwrap the pressies, so I have to keep all the wrapped

pressies hidden.
