From what I understand, you can get a copy free from stands in grocery

stores (Marsh, for one) and I know that Riley Hospital

always has a lot. you could contact them to see if they put any out in your

town…or, if you want to have it available in your town, get some business

or non-profit to agree to request them…they will send bundles of 50+...looks

like you can also subscribe for $30/yr.
