Guest guest
-Dr. Leichtman said a couple of years ago that an occasional dose of acetominophen (in his opinion) would not be harmful...but he did not recommend taking it for prolonged periods of time. He recommended using Motrin instead of acetominophen .. In view of the article that was posted about the study that Dr. Jill did (glutathione depletion and neurotoxicity w/mercury) I would not give my child acetominophen at all after receiving vaccines, just to be on the safe side. (But that is in hindsight...I had no clue about glutathione/Tylenol etc when Danny was a baby, so I did give it to him quite regularly...now, I wonder if that was a factor in him being sick so much (if the glutathione is decreased, that affects immunity) > > From: Down Syndrome Treatment > [mailto:Down Syndrome Treatment ] On Behalf Of > Müller > Sent: Saturday, July 15, 2006 10:44 AM > Down Syndrome Treatment > Subject: Re: Why loss of appetite? > > > > Thanks for the hint, Kathy.
