Hi K,

My understanding is that there is virtually no risk of avian flu from

eating chicken, especially if it's well cooked. The risk is for those

that work at the slaughter houses and come in direct contact with the

live, infected chickens. So to answer your question, I don't know of

any restaurants or super markets that have cut down on either serving

or selling chicken.
