Dr. Furman:Thanks for your reply. I have another question if you don't mind. I am confused as to what is a good response to treatment. I was diagnosed in early 03. I had 6 treatments of RF from Feb to July of 05. The RF appeared to work great and quick. I began treatment with WBC of 318K. I had no side affects of treatment and the count dropped to normal by about the third treatment. But I think the counts may have began to rise again about six months after the last treatment. But now more than 21/2 years later I am still okay. All counts are normal with the exception of Lymphs. My absolute is now 90K. I have no symptoms and feel good. I was told the RF didn't work well so I need something different the next time. But the way things look, I could go another year or two before more treatment. That could be a total of more than four years after RF before needing

more treatment. To me that is good.So is it the time after treatment to progression or the time after treatment before more treatment is needed that determines how good the treatment worked. As always, Dr. Furman thanks for your help. Dave
