Hi K,

I just wanted to mention that it really isn't a good idea to drink

your urine because it's not the " sterile " product that you think it

is. Urine contains toxic waste products including urea, bile

pigments (that's why it's yellow) and salts (which would dehydrate

you pretty fast if you drank it).

Also, urine isn't actually filtered through the kidneys, rather it

is MADE by the kidneys. Our BLOOD is filtered through the kidneys.

As the blood gets filtered, our body will reabsorb the nutrients

that we need and whatever is toxic and not needed, is turned into

urine then excreted out our urethra.

I don't know of any preservatives in bottled water but I'd highly

recommend you drink it (or tap water) over your unrine.

Take care,

Tracey

whereas an Indian has patients drinking their own urine. He starts

his day with an 8 oz. glass of his own, people spend money and go to

him for his 'CURE'. She watches the channel all the time, should she

see the information again I will give the site, as I am sure he's

somewhere out in cyberland. We know that our urine is sterile from

being filtered through our kidneys, therefore it has to be better

than the drinking water in most cities, and the bottled water has

additives for the shelf-life.
