Guest guest
Hi: Today I had a CBC with fairly good results for me. Even the platelets were at 90000(very high for me). Because of various bruising and bleeding problems I've had, the doctor did a clotting test. My blood clots very, very slowly. Would gleevec contribute to that? This is probably a very silly question but I drink three or four cups of coffee a day, very strong. I love it. Would the coffee contribute to the slow clotting time? I take no aspirin. Occasionally, when my head is feeling really full with the Texas cedar and ragweed, I take a benadryl. Any ideas? The doctor ran some more tests so perhaps we can get to the bottom of this problem. Thanks, MJH
