It notes simply that there is an " interaction " between the two, as with many medications. That's a big difference. And that does *not* mean that you can't take them both. This interaction could affect the level of Gleevec in the bloodstream, and so simply, the dose may need to be adjusted. That's all. I looked it up and then asked my doctor and he said not to take any birth control hormones. I'll try to research it a bit further myself.
