Guest guest
Looking for advice: On day 55+ post a non myelo-ablative transplant for CLL (conditioning was FCR), my engraftment has not changed much since checked at day 30+. I am 64% donor T cells ( I was 62%), but my monos have dropped from 40% donor to 25% and my granulocytes are essentially unchanged at 27% donor. Peripheral blood in 28% donor compared to 32% last month. Really very little statistical change in the last 25 days. My flow cytometry shows no CLL in my blood. My HCT and platelets are stable and I am not neutropenic. Except for fatigue, I am doing well. No GVH. Never had any blood products as my lowest HCT was 10.5 and my lowest platelets were 160,000. No TPN in hospital. Almost too easy. I guess I can worry about anything. Has anyone else had such a slow and gentle engraftment? My doctor isn't too worried, but is withholding judgement until he assesses my bone marrow and I get a CT next month. Thanks , 57 yr. family doc & father of 4, dx 9/05 del 11q unmutated, CD38+, ITP 9/06 eventually failed steroids, IVIG , Rituxan and splenectomy controlled w cyclosporin A Rituxan combo.
