Guest guest
Some docs consider a 17p deletion serious, as they think that the p53 issue will make it very difficult to treat. The two do seem to go hand in hand. I have heard a doc say that the only prognostic he pays attention to is a 17p deletion. Only goes to support my general skepticism about prognostics.
