And it is certainly true that no matter how much research we all read...we still are not going to know! But, the research give us some parameters so that decisions are a bit more than shots in the dark. From what I gather, your approach is to treat CLL as chronic and manageable (if possible), rather than necessarily go for complete eradication if that means few options at relapse. I like that approach and hope it can work for many of us. Again, thanks a lot for bringing a medical and knowledgeable addition to the forum. Of course, I particularly liked your optimism that some good things might come along in the next five years. I know I read that a lot of people get discouraged that the progress is too slow or never happens. Good to hear you believe there ARE promising things on the horizon.
