Carolyn - Kurt's advice is, as always, excellent.

The only thing you need to decide, Carolyn, is whether to do something like

what Kurt suggest, or do nothing at all. I know many people who have chosen

the " nothing at all " route, and their situation is stable and they're fine.

If your numbers are getting worse, that's another story.......
