bone marrow and how it works question

My Onc will probably want another Bone Marrow biopsy done soon.

Apparently, there is sometimes an issue with the bone marrow that it

can make good blood cells, there is just a problem getting those blood

cells to the body.

My last bone marrow test about a year ago, said at the bottom:

" noramlcy is imminent " (hope I spelled that right)

Maybe that's why the question in his eyes.

So does anyone know about the issue where the blood cells can't get

out into the body?
