Guest guest
Dear Sue: I could not find anything specific on spleen enlargement, platlets and HCV. If you know the title maybe I can do more search from there. Marty

Guest guest
I have one sprout recipe that i love. When i first read it, it didn't sound good, but it is delicious! Just spread a tablespoon of peanut butter on a piece of whole wheat bread and then top it with alfalfa sprouts and drizzle with a small amount of honey. Guest guest
HAS ANYBODY CURED ANYTHING AS A RESULT OF SOMETHING I COMMUNICATED? Not specifically,, but your words have broadened my thinking ,,, stretched me,,, opened new avenues on possibilities... offered hope beyond anything I could have imagined (besides God saying to me, " what about the second coming of Christ " (right after 9/11). Your words, Keely's and all of the immunics team have brought forth a pathway for connection and healing that made living even more worthwhile. Guest guest
From: lescase@... HAS ANYBODY CURED ANYTHING AS A RESULT OF SOMETHING I COMMUNICATED? Yep, I just cured blurry watery eyes, (use to get them all the time when I didn't want to do my home work) and therefore just now released resistance to reading immunic email lessons. In the process I learned and confirmed a new way to use immunics. You just never know how what is said here on these Buddies list will help someone find a cure. Guest guest
Tracie, Have not checked my email in a few days. Congrats on reaching 25 lbs. How tall are you? Looks like we started at close to the same weight. I too am down to 223 today. That is 6 lbs since my fill on the 17th. About the salmon, broccoli and squash. It was maybe 2 oz of salmon. A spoonfull of broccoli and three slices of squash. I am eating about 3/4 cup of food at a meal and feeling very satisfied. And to those of you who are not sure about restriction, you will definetly know when you have restriction. One bite too much or to big and it will let you know. My port, when I got my fill, was about 1 1/4 inch below the left edge of the biggest scar. I think the knot you feel directly under the scar is where they sewed the muscle back together after the lapband and placing the port. Mine is almost completely gone now. Yes, I agree with Lynn on the Aveeno, I was out one night and put milk and oatmeal on my shower sponge (hehehehe). Take care brothers & sisters and as always, you are all in my prayers.
