Guest guest Posted January 28, 2011 Report Share Posted January 28, 2011 A new study from Russia and Harvard find for the first time that proliferation of B lymphocytes in CLL patients is associated primarily with lymph nodes and spleen. Researchers believe malignant cells in the blood represent only a subpopulation of nonproliferating and less-activated B cells in this disease.
