Guest guest
All my readings tell me " smouldering " or indolent CLL is characterized in part by a ALC of < 30,000. But most people have that at diagnosis. How long does the ALC have to stay < 30,000 to indicate this particular CLL is indolent? If the answer is forever, I don't see how it is a " prognostic " marker, because you have to wait and see if it always stays that low. Thanks, Heléne
