How do we find the link to this on the CLL Canada site? I used the Tiny URL

link you gave I searched for it on the homepage

Downloads/PDF Files and couldn't seem to find it.

I tried opening the link provided on his web site (the first link on the

page) in two different browsers on two computers, but no luck. I finally found

the article. Here is the direct link to it:
