Guest guest
There have been many posts on the lists concerning women being advised to take calcium supplements, or concentrate on high calcium foods, during the post menopausal years, or after bone density scans. This study seems to be pointing out some danger there for heart health. From this, It would seem that either taking calcium supplements without testing levels, or taking a multi vitamin containing calcium should be given greater oversight. http://www.bmj.com/content/342/bmj.d2040?eaf best to all, Beth Fillman
