antibiotics before getting a dental crown?

I'm untreated with very high WBC (as high as 290k .. now a

bit less) and I have to have a dental crown installed. I

had a sinus or throat infection that hung on for weeks

earlier this year. Are there any of you who are untreated

and take antibiotics before dental work?
