Guest guest
, Do you mean trials using something to either enhance or suppress the immune system? I think Prednisone is used to depress the immune system and Vitamin C is an example of something that enhances the immune system. It seems I have read that enhancing the immune system might cause the growth of WBC so maybe you are referring to depressing the immune system. Can you explain what they are using in other countries or provide a link. Thanks Dave
Guest guest
Dave, Dr. Keating at MD stated that long term control of CLL would be by immunotherapy. Here are two of such links-- http://www.cllglobal.org/research/alliance/updates/hosing_shpall_gribben.htm http://archive.constantcontact.com/fs051/1104839880793/archive/1106324443178.htm\ l Lou
Guest guest
I have always found that " enhancing " or " depressing " the immune system is still in the jury room. Besides, there are no sure ways to do it. In a message dated 7/26/2011 3:36:41 P.M.
