Ultraviolet Radiation (UVR) ~ not associated with lymphoma

risk including CLL/SLL, perhaps the opposite in major

California Teacher's Study. Dietary Vit D.. no effect.

" These results support a protective effect of routine

residential UVR exposure against lymphomagenesis (The

development of lymphomas/leukemia) through mechanisms

possibly independent of vitamin D " .

These associations were not modified by skin sensitivity to

sunlight, race/ethnicity, body mass index, or neighbourhood

socio-economic status.
