Guest guest
I have B cell CLL diagnosed in 1994. In 2010 at age 75 I was treated with the FCR regimen. My last treatment was June 2010. I had good response. My bone morrow has not fully recovered from the chemo treatment in one year. All my CBC numbers are low. The H & H is never above the Medicare allowed <10 and <30 therefore I am taking Procrit shots every two weeks and being told, " We hit the bone morrow hard and we just have to wait for it to start functioning better " . Has anyone experienced a year making this recovery? I live in west Texas and would like to find a doctor in the Dallas, TX area who specializes in CLL for a second opinion.
