Guest guest
Does anyone know the formula to calculate lymph node volume? CAT scans provide two numbers in centimeters of a lymph node's widest lateral dimensions. If I understand correctly, no estimate is provided for the " thickness " dimension of the node, Though perhaps the two metrics provided are the the only feasible ones given the irregular shape of a node. That said, is there an accepted calculation using the two centimeter measures provided by a CAT scan to calculate the approximate volume of a node?
