Guest guest
I read the paper Prognostic Markers and Stratification of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (Dr Furman author) which was quite informative on CLL and markers associated with same. http://asheducationbook.hematologylibrary.org/cgi/reprint/2010/1/77 I have a question hopefully someone has some experience or knowledge. I have a deletion at 14q32 (IGHx1) 14/200 and a doubling time of approximately 9 months. I have searched and find little information on the 14q32. Only one article " Frequency of 5'IGH deletion in B- cell.... " by Quintero- F, Nooraie F, Rao P. does any one have any more input on the deletion? Also...do not understand the 5'IGH. Also, if there is little to no info on 14q32 (and I am assuming 14q32.33) then what is the significance of the test? Or do you just get the result when you use the prob CCND1/IGH. Thanks Jerry
