Veteran's Affairs Canada has extended the claims period until June 30th 2011

for claims concerning exposure to Agent Orange at CFB Gage Town in the summers

of 1966 and 1967. This applies to both veterans and their families that lived

on the base or within 5 kms of the base.

Claimable Conditions:

chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)

soft tissue sarcoma

non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

Hodgkin's disease

chloracne

respiratory cancer (of the lung/bronchus, larynx or trachea)

prostate cancer

multiple myeloma

early onset transient peripheral neuropathy

porphyria cutanea tarda

type 2 diabetes

spina bifida
