Which spa services to avoid?

My mother-in-law who has CLL received a Spa Day gift for

Mothers Day. She is wondering if any of the services

available might be detrimental to her health, e.g.,

integrated lymphatic drainage, various types of massages,

body wraps, thermal baths, etc. Thanks for any info.
