Guest guest
I recently wrote asking for input regarding fatigue, muscle and joint pains and how one could tell if it was CLL or Fibromyalgia (which I was " diagnosed " with after my treatment for AIHA). I received many wonderful suggestions and among them was confirmation I should have my Vitamin D level checked. I did and found it to be low (7 out of a range of 20-52). Started with 50,000 IU per week and after only two pills I feel like my life just might be worth living again! Fatigue is soooooo much better and on Saturday, for the first time in over two years I woke up not thinking about a pain pill to get out of bed!! I still have the pains but the fatigue is MUCH improved and the aches and pains, well they are reduced in half! Surely the ability to cut back on pain meds is a factor with fatigue, but the fatigue one gets from pain meds and the fatigue that you feel when your body has no energy to put one foot in front of the other is much different. Those of you who have it know! Thanks for the advice and a wonderful group. I was about to give up!
