13q deletion percentages vs. other prognostic factors

I was wondering if having a high 13q del percentage (84%)

would trump other prognostic factors in predicting disease

progression? There has been some discussion regarding 65.5

as being a cut-off point, but how do other factors weigh in?

I had not heard this before so this is something new to

worry about. Do mutation status, CD38, ZAP-70, B2M and LDH

levels have less significance with a high 13q del

percentage? Which prognostic factor drives the disease

course? I have good prognostics except for the high 13q

levels, so I thought I could breathe a sigh of relief but

looks like that is not to be the case.

Thanks,
