Cataract and skin surgery post FCR ?

During recent FCR, I also received a lot of Dexamethasone to

keep my white counts up and as a result of all of this

" therapy " , have developed a bothersome cataract in one eye.

Further, I developed a few skin spots that look like Actinic

Keratosis to my dermatologist. No biopsy has been taken

yet.

The fludarabine prescribing information states " poor wound

healing " while on the drug, and I'm sure my CD4 counts are

shot.

Does any one know how long one should wait after FCR/Dex for

cataract surgery?

Skin cancer surgery?
