Prognostic markers - follow up?

I don't want to seem as a " much-ado-about-nothing " kind of

guy.

My question is: after the initial " prognosis at diagnosis "

CLL baseline tests, how often (if ever) should these tests

by repeated to determine progress.

I am asymptomatic after 6 years WW and familiar with " don't

treat the counts, treat the symptoms " . I am also getting to

be " long of tooth " but I am not a horse.

I feel that I am not a candidate for any treatment at this

time but am curious if there are any cellular

(immunophenotype) or other markers that may have changed and

could bite me in the future.

Again, I am not in panic mode, just curious.

Thanks,

O
