Try having the diagnosis listed as small lymphocytic

lymphoma instead of CLL.

Dr.Furman is right. I have SLL and BCBS Oklahoma coverage.

Have had 38 rituxan treatments since 2003, currently doing

monthly and have never had a problem with coverage. I keep

waiting for them to balk doing monthly but so far so good.

It is sad, but true that this is how the insurance system works.
