How do I reactivate my account?

You can manually reactivate your account:

Visit your My Groups page*: mygroups

Look for a bounce alert near the top of the page.

Click My Email Preferences in the upper right.

Click unbounce next to the bouncing email address.

This will immediately send an email to your mailbox. If it's

no longer bouncing, you'll get that email. Click on the link

in the email.

* (You will need a ID to log in. If you currently do

not have a ID, you will be able to create one.)
