Acyclovir & Bactrim

Do any of the doctors know the NORMAL length of time you

should remain on Acyclovir and Bactrim after 4 cycles of

FCR?

I had 4 rounds Jun 10 - Sep 10.

I thought Acyclovir was a lifetime deal after chemo.

That's how it's been presented to me at SloanK.

There's a simple test you can do at home to see if Acyclovir is needed.

Stop taking it and see if you get shingles.
