Guest guest
My Dad's slip for chemo next week says: " flu/tx-r--chop-kr " I'm assuming the FLU is fludarabine. Tx=treatment or does it stand for some drug I don't know. R is rituximab. CHOP is CHOP (Why are they giving him CHOP now? Before it was just FCR. I thought they didn't use CHOP anymore.) What's the KR?
Guest guest
I will let the more scientifically minded translate your Dad's chemo slip. If he was on FCR I would certainly be on the phone first thing Monday morning asking whoever wrote out the slip to explain it and if he is being changed to R- chop, why! Pat On 6/10/11, K.
