Much more of the same from larger companies with more

money...slightly different targets eg: AKT-mTOR

Hopefully a Phase III clinical trial in a couple of

years...for CAL101 etc

ROR1, CLLU1, CD19 targeted monoclonals, insulin receptor,

CLL/stromal, STAT3, understanding the microenvironment

better, siRNAs, development of vaccines, new drug

combinations, use of T cells to fight CLL, better CD20

monoclonals, selectively targeting of malignant B-cells,

understand genetic abnormalities and their effect...

Higher resolution gene analysis and mapping...

Replacement of FISH with aCGH, p53 AmpliChip

Finding a control or cure...

I'm sure others can add much more...
