just wondering if PCI32765 will also be ok for people who

have already been treated with FCR and who might fall out of

remission someday?

Thank you

baker007--my husband, Tom, was one of the 300 FCR trial rats

back in 2004 at MDACC. He relapsed and has had multi

treatments since including Rituximab/steroids/Revlimid and

now is on the PCI-32765 trial at MDACC. So, pre-treatment

with FCR does not make one ineligible for the btk inhibitor.

That's the next one my dr wants to put me on when I need it.

I went off one clinical trial about 6 months ago with helped

a lot. I don't see my dr again until July 11th. I've been

trying to get as much info on the PCI-32765 as possible so

when I need to go on a treatment, I can make a good decision.
