Guest guest
My husband underwent a mini-allo SCT at HUMC in 2009. He rejected the graft and stopped taking all immune suppressive drugs at the time. He was in remission until about a month ago. He was dx in 1998 and has had a lot of different treatments (leukeran, 2 cycles of fludarabine, bendamustine and rituxan plus more fludarabine, tbi and rabbit atg prior to transplant). His immune system has suffered. He also has well compensated cardiomyopathy. My question is if this excludes him from the Cal-101 trials. FISH testing shows 11q deletion. We have an appointment next week to discuss what to do next. His doc mentioned possibly starting revlimid. Thank you. Anne Brown
