Enlarged spleen--any danger?

Hi all,

I'm currently traveling in the northeast (U.S.) & live in

Calfiornia. I'm due to start treatments when I return home

in November.

My spleen is starting to bother me (with some pain most of

the time and especially if something is sort of tight around

my waist). Also, even though I'm eating less because of

this, my stomach & abdomen seem enlarged and are

uncomfortable. It's nothing I can't live with, but am

wondering if there is such a thing as a spleen rupturing

from being too enlarged.
