Just an FYI. I learned, when I had my bone marrow biopsy a

couple of weeks ago, that Flow cytometry, FISH, ZAP 70, and

mutational status (IGHV) can all be done as a part of the

BMB. There is no need to have them done as separate tests if

they are ordered as part of the BMB. I believe that B2M can

also be done, but in my case it wouldn't apply, so it was

not included in the orders. If you are going to have a BMB

ask which of these tests are included in your orders. If you

are not having a BMB then you would want to ask about having

these done as blood tests.
