Guest guest
My 50 year old husband was diagnosed with CLL (unmutated) in 2007. He achieved a complete remission 15 months ago after 6 rounds of FCR. While his numbers look good, the CT scan is indicative of a relapse (his waist size went from a 36 to 38 with no diet change). We meet with Dr. Coutre Tuesday for results from a new FISH and to plan. My question is if anyone has had a similar experience. His brother is a perfect match so we are already thinking to follow up treatment with a mini-allo sibling transplant at Hutchinson in Seattle. I would LOVE to hear some SUCCESS stories! Any input would be appreciated.
