Faye Manaster, Director of The Arc of Illinois Family to Family

Health Information and Education Center sends the following:

Registration is now open for our March 12 seminar for family leaders

on Medicaid for CYSHCN in Illinois.

Co-sponsors for this event are The Arc of Illinois,Family

Voices,Children's Memorial Hospital and DSCC.

Please share this flyer with families and colleagues, and remember to

register early as enrollment is limited.

Discounted registration is available for professionals who register

together with parents served by their program/agency

CEUs (5) and Certificates of Attendance will be offered for this

event

Limited stipends are available for familes from outside the Chicago

metro area- call F2F for more information
