Hi Joanne - I didn't know you could email timesheets. We have been faxing them. How did you get an electronic timesheet that accepts entries? It sure would be easier for us. Guest guest
Hi Pam- Actually, I still filled out a regular timesheet and scanned it, and then sent it to Aces$ through e-mail. The e-mail address to send it to is: timesheets@.... It is easier for me since I don't have a fax at home, but then, we do have a printer/scanner to scan the timesheet... Because of the signatures that are required, they probably won't develop and electronic timesheet, but that would be nice! Joanne I use " GoodSearch " for WE GROW DREAMS, INC... Guest guest
Thanks for the additional insights and for sharing your experience. My husband will be SO annoyed to hear that getting the FEIN # takes so long! This makes it even more obvious that it needs to be done ahead to time. Why should our children lose a month or two of funding? Last time I looked $1500 after taxes and service facilitation still adds up to " real " money! I agree, someone from Aces$ would be a great resource for the group. Ellen Ellen Garber Bronfeld egskb@... Guest guest
You must fill out a hard copy timesheet that has the employer's original signature on it, scan it, and send it in as an attachment.
