Guest guest
I find my BUN and Creatinine are very dependent on the amount of water I have had the day before. Is this true for everyone? If I drink 5-8 glasses of water, then I'm in range. Otherwise I'm high on both. My major concern is that I often have a 59 as my local lab eGFR reading. At NIH, my chem panel eGFR was >60 but my " whole blood " eGFR test was 59. I'm untreated with a very high WBC (>250k) so am concerned both about my kidneys now and when I need treatment. I know with my very high WBC, TLS is something to be avoided. Would appreciate the comments of anyone on an eGFR of 59. Thanks Lynn
