Understanding blood test results

Hi,

I hope a doctor can answer this for me. I recently was

told by my doctor that I have CLL, but not to worry because

it was the type where we just do nothing and wait.

Naturally I am very nervious about this " do nothing and

wait " response. My blood test results from Quest were

CD5+/CD23+B-CELLS PRESENT, FAVOR B-CELL CHRONIC LYMPHOCYTIC

LEUKEMIA Light chain study appears to detect 2 lymphocyte

populations with the bright CD45 intensity. Clinical

correlation with molecular study is recommended to confirm

B-cell clonality.

Can someone explain this in simple language that I can

understand?

Thank you and God Bless,

Tom
