Guest guest
sheryl, I just got off the phone with my daughter, and I had to apologize for acting like such a nut the last time she was over. at the time everything seemed justified and then looking back I realized I just wasn't acting normal. I was very critical and I know I upset her. she did understand however, and knows that it is the illness. Sheryl, many don't have these symptoms as severe as us, its good to know you and I hope we can find some help. roe
Guest guest
Roe, I completely understand. I flipped out today because my daughter didn't like something I fixed for dinner. Just remember to tell her that you love her. Your not a psycho or anything and it's good that she understood. Remember to also thank her for her understanding. There are few people out there who could stick by us , this disease is nuts. You'll have a better day tomorrow. Guest guest
Hi, I know how both of you feel. I have had to apologize to my kids many times because of the way I reacted to certain situations. The main thing is that we apologize & tell them that we were wrong. This is one thing about this darn disease that makes me so sad & also something that I really have never mentioned to anyone but my family. I'm the type of person who is soft spoken & rarly ever yelled. I definately had a personality change with this disease. Its so sad . Take care, Kim S. --- Sheryl <slmitch1@...> wrote: > Roe, > I completely understand. I flipped out today > because my daughter didn't > like something I fixed for dinner. Guest guest
My family always thought of me being soft spoken also until the last year. Hopefully we will all get rid of this psyco disease and be normal again. Whatever that is. Guest guest
Hi all, Thanks for all the kind words, advice and cheering up you did this evening. Every bit helped. I was tryingto send you some very funny non-pornographic photos of dogs and cats to make you smile. Didn't know I couldn't send photos on this site. Sorry. Cheerier than before,

I always think it is a matter of perspective.....and that you can choose to shift your point of view.....sometimes you literally have to lift up your feet and move to a different spot to change your perspective. You know the story about the two cousins....one is an optimist and the other is a pessimist. The first one gets a whole room full of wrapped gifts but is not excited at all.......doesn't even think he wants to bother to open the presents because he probably didn't get anything he wanted. The other is taken out to a barn, to a stall that is full of dirty straw and horse poop. He runs in and is throwing the stuff around, happy as a lark. When they ask him how he can be so happy, he says..... " I know with all this horse poop, there has to be a pony somewhere! " C.
Guest guest
Hi Jacky; yes, nuts are OK on an " anti-candida diet " . They contain fats that suppress dysbiosis bacteria too Duncan > > Is it ok to eat nuts when on an anti-candida diet? > > thanks Jacky >
Guest guest
Hi Jacky, Nuts often contain molds which can affect beneficial bacteria so I personally don't recommend you include them in your diet. Peanuts and cashews are the worst and are often quite allergenic. They also tend to be very addictive and be something people over eat on, as well as being harder to digest (which is why you see a lot of left over nuts in feces). Guest guest
i believe that if u soak nuts with some sea salt overnight and dehydrate them the next day, they will be digestible...plus rid mold. geez! is there anything left we can eat??? just my opinion. diana > > Hi Jacky, > > Nuts often contain molds which can affect beneficial bacteria so I personally don't recommend you include them in your diet. Guest guest
yes, u can use the oven, however, the dehydrtor also is useful for making crackers, i.e, flax. the oven is too hot for flax, and if the heat from the oven is too hot, it will destroy enzymes. > > > I MUST get a dehydrator :-) > > > > > >
