Guest guest
Eat healthy: lots of fruit & vegetables (half of every meal) and nuts, few high fat foods and no sugary junk food. Exercise: any way you can, including brisk walking and strength training, as much and as often as practical without causing injury or chronic soreness. Don't smoke. Alcohol in moderation. Result: weight in proportion to height, good energy and endurance, better disease resistance, statistically lower rates of diabetes, heart disease, and lung disease, better quality of life (QOL).
