Guest guest
Hi,I recently posted about my concerns about an upcoming Pathways to Work interview. Just to say, all went fine, adviser very respectful and understanding. Took an advocate with me which helped. Only concern is the future changeover to ESA which rolls out in Feb. My advocate says they've had clients who are clearly very ill undergoing the medical and only being awarded 1 point. However, will cross that bridge when I come to it. Thanks to everyone who replied to my earlier concerns.Jo
Guest guest
Glad to hear it went ok Jo re: ESA I have heard of people getting 1 point (i myself got 0 points); the answer is simple though, you just appeal, making as strong a case as possible. It's not right you should have to do this of course but. i have heard of people with bladder cancer and psychosis failing ESA medical (and if you have the medical you'll see why - it's just not relevant to anything) but succeeding on appeal. they expect people to fail and go away. the genuine people have to appeal unfortuantely. chris > > Hi, > I recently posted about my concerns about an upcoming Pathways to Work > interview.
