AIRE gene (autoimmune regulator enzyme)

Hi everyone,

my 2 nephews who have addisons also have been diagnosed with the above. this

gene apparently attacks certain parts of the body and in their case the adrenals

plus the parathyroids.

I have secondary hypoadrenalism and thyroid problems. My father's family had

problems with tb and thryoid.

should i be tested for the above too?
