LUV - SHEILA__________________________________________________________Hi, Bernie. Homemade rye bread sounds delicious; but, if it's typical, it's made with about 2/3 wheat flour because rye by itself has a very strong flavor. Beware of even the best whole-grain organic wheat.Wheat has a unique ability to trigger hunger and keep people from feeling satiated. A couple of slices of wheat-containing bread per day could have that effect on you. Here's a link to the blog of a cardiologist who's written a lot about wheat and the problems it can cause. It's an epiphany. http://heartscanblog.blogspot.com/search/label/WheatI wish you all possible luck reaching your goals!Best,.>> Hi , the only wheat i have is approx 2 slices of home made rye bread a > day. kind Regards, Bernie> > > > > ________________________________>
